Biography
My life has always been about art and I have always been an artist...
I was born in eastern Europe and spend a lot of my childhood in a small village near the mountains.
My biggest excitement was playing games of invention, and I was blessed to have kids around me who shared the same passion. It was the art of creating laughter, beauty and lightness in our lives and the lives of our families.
We sang together, we dreamed together, we used our surroundings as a stage for our plays.
It is then that I fell in love with drawing and singing.
Later in school and highschool I found my passion for acting and writing essays. These were my doors to heaven, to the art of love.
After I finished highschool I moved to Germany and another chapter of understanding the art of living began.
I spend some time in an university learning about the art of photography and drawing. I did not spend much time there as the kmowledge I acquired felt enough for my path.
The following years I was interested in communication, expression and the truth of the heart.
While being a part of a thearte group, I rediscovered my love for singing, writing and felt the urge to form a musical band. I enjoyed performing on stage as I still believe that an artist stage is a special and magical place. It is there, that you are allowed to express everything, without being judged. For a minute or two, or an hour or two the audience just listens. You can create art in a safe space.
I worked in the city thearte for a while as well. I always felt that it was a place of absolute beauty. I loved walking in the hallways and listening to opera singers warming up their voices, accompanied by piano players. I watched play directors create a stage full of living colors.
I thought I was living in a dream, being able to breathe art every day.
When I started meditating and discovering the art of silence I found out that life itself is art. That everything I say, do or think is a piece of art and it has tremendous power, when it comes from the heart.
The following years I joined a painting movement called "intentional creativity"®. I found out that art is a place of healing, not only for myself but also for the observer and receiver of the art. It is at this time that I started to sense the yearning and desire to be completely in service of art. For me art is a tool for opening the heart, creating more connection and belonging in the world.
I started connecting to nature, spending hours and hours sitting quietly listening to the silence.
In those quiet spaces I was led to see that nature is what we all are and we are not disconnected from it.
I discovered that living close in harmony with nature and creating art inspired by the heart of nature is what i want to do.
Today I live lovingly enveloped in the arms of a beautiful forest, close to a mythical beach on Bainbridge island.
It is in the harmony of my heart, in the heart of nature that I find inspiration and the language of art.
My art work is an ode to the beauty and silence of nature. And I hope that it inspires others to find more harmony, gentleness, softness and beauty in their hearts.
